A strength, mobility, and balance training program for those over fifty. It is suitable for everyone including those who are beginners to fitness.

Any health or injury concerns you are working with can be accommodated - there are no barriers to inclusion.

These small group sessions will take place twice a week in our friendly Buderim studio with a compassionate and experienced trainer who has a genuine passion for working with older adults on quality of life and health-related outcomes.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring a towel and some water. We recommend training barefoot if you are comfortable doing so.
