Elliott’s PT Connect

I get it...between the busy lifestyle that you lead, trying to fit within the schedules of PT’s and Gyms like me just doesn’t work for you.

You’d like to be working out more and get into shape but you just can’t find the time.

It’s ok...I’ve got an idea I’d like to share with you.

After I had my children I wanted to get my body back into shape. But between juggling both kids, my work schedule and home life it was hard.

I couldn’t work on a gyms schedule...I had to work around my kids schedule and you know how that can be some times.

I needed something I could do when I could fit in with the equipment I had available in both the time and space I had at that moment.

But you know what...I did it.

I took things slowly, rebuilding my core from the inside out by finding 3 x 30 minute workouts I could do anywhere each week. More importantly...you can do it to.

You don’t need to fit within any schedules...you find the time when it suits you and your kids You don’t need any expensive equipment...utilise what you have You don’t need to come into a gym...you can work out anywhere you like...at home, the park, the beach, you choose what makes you feel best.

You can’t just expect to jump back into a fitness program after you’ve had a baby and work out like you did before...you need to give your body time to heal and rebuild your strength. It doesn’t matter how your body and fitness is now...the first step is to make the decision to put you first (at least for 3 x 30 minute sessions a week) and get started.
