Elliott's PT runs group fitness classes in Buderim & Maroochydore.
Class numbers are limited so everyone gets specialised attention.
Sessions are tailored to suit your individual needs, fitness level, ability & injuries you may have.
I want everyone to enjoy exercise and reap the benefits. Its more than just losing a few kilos I want everyone to be supported, gain nutrition & fitness knowledge and be more confident. I want you to all have knowledge and understanding that you can take and implement for the rest of your lives.
My sessions are different, fun & effective, that will get your results. Suitable for all fitness levels they will keep you and your body challenged.
Elliott's PT is more than just a fitness class where you just are number and come and go and no one checks in with you again. We are a community of likeminded people who want to be fit and healthy. We also want to live our lives and have a splurge once in a while. All our members are supportive and encourage one and another. There is no judgement - We are all working towards the same goal. I guarantee you will meet new friends & enjoy exercising.
Why do I do this? What am I passionate about?
I have seen many trainers who just turn up to a session and do the same boring thing every session. I've watched them not care about their clients and probably not think about them again once they've trained. I've heard of people being turned off exercise because they feel judged, scared of what people think, afraid that people will laugh at them because they are overweight or not fit enough. It breaks my heart when I hear this.
Exercise should be enjoyable. We should laugh when we work out and have fun. We should do it all together so we can help each other. Especially in those days when we are feeling a bit flat.
I’m passionate about spreading this message- getting people to start exercising and enjoying it. I want to get more people motivated to lead a heathier lifestyle. I’m not about looking for a short term fix - its about educating people and helping you lead a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life.
So who am I?
I’m Renae Elliott. I grew up in a small country town in South Australia and now I live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. I’m the face behind Elliott's Personal Training.
I have travelled & worked in many different jobs. Personal Training & fitness has always been something that I’ve been passionate about. I have always wanted to work in a place where I can made a real difference. I believe that I can make a difference to your life through exercise and nutrition.
I am passionate about helping people make realistic long term lifestyle changes that they will stick to and take with them forever. I don’t believe in crazy diets or short terms fixes. We all need to live & find a perfect balance in diet & exercise that suits our individual needs.
I have been married for 5 years and have 2 children. Cooper who is 4 years old & Charlee who was born in March this year. I believe in leading by example so that my children will grow up with a healthy attitude to nutrition and exercise. Since having my children it given me more drive to help mums and dads be the best they can be for their children. Im very passionate about working with Mums during pregnancy and after - making sure that they get the correct advice so they can recover, become fitter and stronger to be able to keep up with there kids.
I love running group classes and outdoor sessions. I want to make sure people become stronger, more confident and happy within themselves. Being fit is a lifestyle and I can help you live that lifestyle.

I don't believe in being a drill sergeant or forcing anyone to anything they don't want to instead I prefer to be supportive, encourage and help people to be the best that they can be and get the most out of every session.
I am a firm believer in everyone living their lives – I don't expect anyone to be perfect in their nutrition and exercise 24/7. We all want to have a good time and will have blow outs occasionally. I’m here to teach you that is OK. Being healthy is a lifestyle choice not a short term fix.
